Our health goes beyond the biological: it is social, environmental, and deeply personal. It is shaped by what we do, think, feel, and the spaces we move through every day. Change Will Happen advances healthcare through initiatives centered on environmental action, preventative interventions, and community-based care. By improving access to services and empowering people to advocate for themselves, we are creating the conditions for lasting, collective well-being.
