Change Will Happen joined the American Heart Association's Heart Walk in New Jersey as part of our commitment to promoting cardiovascular health and community wellness. The Heart Walk is the AHA's premier event for raising funds and awareness to fight heart disease and stroke, the leading causes of death worldwide. Our team of volunteers, families, and supporters came together to walk, connect, and advocate for healthier lives.

Participating in the Heart Walk allowed us to extend our mission beyond clinical interventions and into the space of preventive health. By showing up as a community, we helped raise awareness about the importance of physical activity, heart-healthy habits, and early detection. It was a powerful reminder that health begins with movement and that collective action can drive real change.
